Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire award winning wedding photographer Paul Deverill in known thoughout the industry for his great new ideas in wedding photography, wedding photographer covering Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Sheffield, Yorkshire, Liecestershire the UK and Europe. Paul ia even a Qualified European Photographer and lectured in Germany to professional photographers, and won competitions in Italy. Paul has covered weddings as far as Monte Carlo but travel's anywere the weddings take him.

Paul Won in 2004 and 2005 (chosen in 2005 & 2006)
Wedding Photographer of the Year for the whole of the UK.

In 2006 Paul took 2nd place for the highest marks from 3 images in Italy
in a world wide competition.
Recently taking eight place in an American competition on his first try in America
He is also probably the highest Award winning photographer in the world with an incredible 513 Awards to date.
Paul is also a Qualified European Photographer one of only a few who
have managed to reach this qualification in the UK in Wedding Photography.
What is QEP?
The FEP, Federation of European Professional Photographers Associations, introduced in 1999 a single system of qualifications which is recognised and accepted by the 22 member associations of 21 countries within Europe.
This European qualification, which is known as QEP, is based on the long established British system of qualification for professional photographers.
All candidates submit to an international jury, a panel of 12 images, which will be judged in conditions of anonymity and under strict professional conditions.
To date, the FEP has conferred this truly international qualification on 311 photographers from Austria, Belgium, The Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Northern Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands and the United Kingdom. The QEP label is given in various specialisations such as wedding, portrait, reportage, architecture, advertising, illustration, etc.
Pauls images have been used by Fuji & Kodak in advertisement features, and some have been used throughout Europe.
This means if you like his style you will always love his photographs,
and you need not look any further.

After a recommendation from Colwick Hall I came to visit you in early 2007 with the view to book you for our wedding in June 2008 and from the moment I met you at your studio in Ilkeston I knew you were the man for the job. I was dissapointed when you said you were already booked for that date but had every confidence that you would still provide an excellent service. I wasn't wrong! Colin was fantastic on the day and made everyone very comfortable. the results were outstanding and both Michael and I are more than happy with our extensive choice of shots (It was hard to choose our album photo's) but with friends and family making our re-order over £500 we get the copyright so we can look at all our photo's until were old and grey.

Having not visited the studio, not met Paul and based entirely on his website, a phone call and a few e-mails, we took a leap of faith last November and booked him to take the photos for our wedding this August. On the day, he arrived early, visited my house first to find out what stage the preparations were at, then did a tour of the village, church and reception venue to make sure he knew exactly what was going on. Most importantly, he corralled and managed our guests in a firm but light-hearted manner to ensure we got the photos we wanted and every one enthused in the process. My husband hates smiling for photos, however we have over 250 fantasic images to choose from.

We knew what style of photographs we wanted for our wedding but struggled to find a photographer we both felt comfortable with, that was until we met Paul at a wedding faye. Although we only met twice before the wedding I felt complete confidence that he knew what we wanted. On the day he eased us and the guests into the photo's and helped our day run like clockwork. We didnt realise until we looked at the proofs how many photos had been taken throughout the day. We had a tough job picking the photos for our album and so did our family but we both feel we have something that will last a lifetime. We are thrilled with how the day went and Paul helped us to achieve the photos we wanted without being intrusive. A complete professional whom we would have no hesitation about recommending to anyone.
